The ceremony will take place at the Multi-purpose Auditorium, on the Tamale Campus at 9: 00 am.
A Rehearsal session will be done on Friday April 28, 2023 at the Multi-purpose Auditorium, Tamale Campus at 3:00pm. It is obligatory for all Graduands to attend.

All Graduands (Undergraduates and Graduates) will be required to pay an amount of Three Hundred and Fifty Ghana Cedis (GHS350.00) as Graduation fees.  All graduation fees should be paid at any branch of Stanbic Bank, Zenith Bank, GCB, NIB, ADB, Prudential Bank and Ecobank before, or on April 28, 2023.

Graduands attending the ceremony will be expected to make their own arrangements for transportation, accommodation and meals. Graduands are expected to make full payment of all fees owed the University before their Certificates will be released.

The academic gown should be worn over formal attire. Graduands who do not adhere to this will not be permitted to participate in the ceremony.

All Graduands are expected to collect academic gowns at the Stores at the Central Administration on Friday April 28, 2023. Graduands will be required to show evidence of payment of the graduation fees and their students’ identity cards before the gowns are issued.

Graduands are expected to return the gowns to the stores immediately after the Graduation Ceremony. Failure to do so after a week will attract a penalty of Fifteen Ghana cedis (GHC15) a day”.

An original copy of the pay-in-slip should be submitted at the point of collection of certificates on the campus after the ceremony. Graduating students should not post the original copy to the Registrar. Other documents needed include a fully signed original clearance form and a submission of gown clearance form.
