Surv. Godsway Agbeli holds a Master’s degree in Land Governance and Policy and a Bachelor’s degree in Land Economy from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). He is a professional member of the Valuation and Estate Surveyors Division of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors (GhIS). His academic and professional interests span Sustainable Land Management, Environmental Sustainability, Real Estate Development and Management, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Valuation, and Financial Management. As a lecturer, he is committed to teaching and research with particular interest in advancing sustainable approaches to land management, real estate development, and land governance.
In addition to being an academic, Godsway has professional experience and interests in real estate development and management, with particular expertise in land acquisition and documentation, investment appraisal, property and land valuation, market analysis, and market and feasibility studies. His work combines academic knowledge with practical experience to support sustainable land and property development, sound investment decision-making and effective land administration.
