About The Programme

BSc Aquaculture and Fisheries Science is a 4-year programme, which aims at producing undergraduates with an in-depth understanding of the underlying principles related to aquaculture, aquatic ecology and extension capabilities. Trainees would be equipped with skills in aquaculture production systems and engineering as well as fish farming to complement fish production from the ocean. In addition, the programme aims to produce fisheries and aquaculture extension officers for the fisheries and aquaculture industry.
